Account & Billing
Visit our signup page to create an account. Choose your plan and start a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin.
We offer Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans. Enterprise includes unlimited orders, 1 device key, email support, and all payment integrations. Enterprise+ adds multi-device support, phone support, and a dedicated account manager.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
We bill monthly or annually depending on your preference. Annual plans include a discount. You can update your billing information in the account dashboard.
Magento Integration
We support Magento 1.x (Community and Enterprise), Magento 2.x (Open Source and Commerce), and Adobe Commerce 2.4.4+ with OAuth authentication.
Download the module from your POS dashboard and install it via Composer (Magento 2) or copy files to app/code (Magento 1). Detailed instructions are provided in the dashboard.
Yes. Products, customers, inventory, and orders sync in real-time between your Magento store and all POS devices.
Absolutely. The POS supports Magento multi-store, multi-website, and multi-store-view configurations.
POS App
Ebizmarts POS runs natively on iPad (iOS 15+) and Mac (macOS 12+ via Mac Catalyst). iPhone is not currently supported.
After installing the app, enter your device key from the POS dashboard. The app will activate and begin syncing your product catalog.
Yes. The POS stores product and customer data locally. You can create orders offline and they sync automatically when connectivity returns.
Navigate to Settings > Users in the POS dashboard. Create user accounts with unique PIN codes for each staff member.
Hardware & Payments
We support Star Micronics printers (TSP143, TSP700, TSP650, SM-T300i) via WiFi, Bluetooth, and USB. AirPrint printers are also supported.
Socket Mobile S700, Zebra LI4278, and the built-in iPad camera all work for barcode scanning. Any HID-compatible Bluetooth scanner should also work.
Configure your payment provider credentials in the POS dashboard, then pair the terminal via the app settings. Setup varies by provider.
Yes. Split payments allow you to accept multiple tender types (card, cash, gift card) on a single transaction.
